By accessing or using the Site, requesting a quote, scheduling service, or providing your contact information to us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2.Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site to transmit harmful code, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, scrape or harvest data, impersonate another person, or interfere with the Site's normal operation. We may suspend or restrict access to the Site, at our discretion, for any conduct we believe violates these Terms.
3.Requesting Quotes and Scheduling Service
When you submit a form on the Site (such as a request for an estimate, quote, or service appointment), you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it — including any phone number you submit. Submitting a form does not guarantee a specific appointment time, price, or outcome; all estimates are subject to an in-person or telephone assessment.
4.SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in (for example, by checking a consent box on our contact, quote, or scheduling forms, or by texting us first), you agree to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Virginia Power Solutions at the mobile number provided.
4.1 Types of Messages
Messages may include:
- Appointment confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling notices
- Technician arrival/dispatch updates
- Quote and estimate follow-ups
- Service and maintenance reminders (e.g., annual/bi-annual generator servicing)
- Customer service communications
- Promotions, special offers, or seasonal reminders (e.g., storm-season preparedness), where you have opted in to marketing messages
4.2 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us (e.g., how many appointments you schedule); frequency may increase around active service requests.
4.3 Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Virginia Power Solutions does not charge for text messages, but your carrier's standard messaging rates apply.
4.4 Opting Out
You can opt out of receiving text messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt in again. You may also contact us directly at (804) 365-0263 to be removed from our texting list.
4.5 Getting Help
Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us directly at (804) 365-0263.
4.6 Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase
Consenting to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Virginia Power Solutions. You can still request a quote, schedule service, or purchase a generator without opting in to text messaging.
4.7 Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice. Virginia Power Solutions is not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery caused by your carrier or device.
4.8 Privacy
Your phone number and any information collected in connection with our text messaging program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
4.9 Supported Devices
Text messaging is available on most U.S. wireless carriers. We are not responsible if your carrier does not support this service.
5.Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including information submitted through our contact, quote, and scheduling forms.
6.Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the Virginia Power Solutions name and branding — is owned by or licensed to Virginia Power Solutions and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.
7.Third-Party Links and Financing Partners
The Site may reference or link to third-party services, including financing partners such as GreenSky and Synchrony. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of third-party sites or services. Any application for financing is subject to that provider's own terms and approval process.
8.Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Estimates, pricing, and availability shown on the Site are subject to change and confirmation. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer or guarantee of installation timelines, generator performance, or permit approval by local authorities.
9.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virginia Power Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or reliance on its content. This limitation does not affect any separate written warranty or service agreement you enter into with us for installation or maintenance work.
10.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Virginia.
